Thank you for your interest in submitting a proposal. Applicants must apply using
our web-based process. Please follow the procedures outlined below.


STEP ONE:Submit a Concept Letter

Applicants must submit a concept letter that provides a brief overview of your project or opportunity, including basic facts about your organization, partners, current and requested funding. Summarize how your project or opportunity aligns with the CIB’s guiding principles.

Important: Concept letters are not to exceed four pages. Please download the concept letter form below, which includes further instructions.

Also, please Note: In most instances, once your concept letter has been submitted, it becomes a public document that may be subject to media requests and other inquiries.

STEP TWO:Submit a Full Funding Application

If your concept letter is approved, a CIB representative will provide access to the full application.

There is a $500 application fee.
